I love this pzttern but the top toe portion keeps coming up HUGE! I tried a smaller hook but it still forms a large arc over my foot. The picture reflects a flat fit....what am I doing wrong? I followed the whole rest of thEurope pattern just fine but the last part is giving me fits! Thanks.
